Join us for a beginner-friendly lino cutting and printmaking workshop. In this three-hour class, participants will learn the basics of carving linoleum blocks to create unique hand-printed designs. Students will explore the full printmaking process, including carving techniques, rolling ink, and printing on both paper and fabric.
Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own custom greeting card and/or tote bag to take home. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, students will gain a strong introduction to relief printmaking while developing their own creative designs.
No prior experience is necessary, and all skill levels are welcome. Please note that this class involves the use of sharp carving tools, so children under the age of 14 may not attend. All materials are provided.
Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
