At the Arts Council of Big Sky, we believe that Arts Education improves lives and communities. We strive to make our educational opportunities truly accessible for all. Throughout the year, our class sessions are divided into spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each session offers new exciting classes, including recurring pottery courses, youth programs, community art classes, and specialty courses that provide instruction on various art forms.
The Arts Council of Big Sky was founded in 1989 to provide cultural experiences to residents and visitors of Big Sky. We've grown to be one of the leading non-profit arts organizations in Southwest Montana by combining our ability to produce high-quality events, classes, and public art with our desire to make Big Sky an art-centric community.
How does "Contribute-What-You-Can" work? When you register for classes, you will find a range of price options, from as low as 30% of the suggested cost.
CWYC NOTE: Please consider that the Contribute-What-You-Can fee structure exists only because of our generous donors that want to help make art classes accessible to ALL! As you carefully consider what payment option suits you, please understand that the heart of a Contribute-What-You-Can program functions on the honor system. As you are able to contribute more to the program and/or shift your fee structure, please do so.
