Connect and create at the Arts Council Studio at Morningstar Learning Center! Explore glass fusion and create a garden plant stake made entirely of glass. Participants will learn basic glass cutting and layering techniques, along with glass safety, firing methods, and glass compatibility.
All materials and tools are provided. No prior experience is required. Pieces will need to be fired in a kiln and will be available for pickup once finished.
Transportation: Students can take the bus from Ophir to Morningstar Learning Center. Students not riding the bus can be dropped off directly at the classroom at 4pm. Pickup is at Morningstar Learning Center.
Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
