Fourth of July Community Celebration
Doors open at 6:00 pm - Saturday, July 4, 2009 - Meadow Village Concert Stage
FREE ADMISSION

Music by Mingo Fishtrap,
an anomaly in the contemporary music scene with a sound dancing between gutbucket soul, N'awlings grit-down funk and horn fueled Motown pop -  beginning at 7:00 pm.

Food and beverages will be available for sale.

Coolers permitted.  No pets, no glass containers, and, for the safety of others, NO PERSONAL FIREWORKS!

This event will be held at the Gallatin River Gallery (Meadow Village) with hors d'ourves provided by the Lone Peak Brewery.
Chamber Music Concert featuring members of the renowned Muir String Quartet and other guest artists.

12th annual Big Sky Pops concert on the concert stage in the Big Sky Meadow. Matthew Savery, conductor.

Featured vocalist will be Catherine Viscardi, an outstanding lyric coloratura soprano.

Big Sky Chili Cook-off: Friday, August 28, 2009 - 5:30 pm

The 18th Annual Chili Cook-off will be held at the Big Sky Resort (plaza area in the Big Sky Mountain Village)

Enter with your favorite chili recipe and win prizes. 
Contact Brian at 406-995-2742 for more information about the Chili Cook-off or to get an application to enter your favorite recipe. Come join the fun.

The JAWBONE RAILROAD will be entertaining us with your favorite hits from the 20's and 30's.

You can come for chili (See Tickets - Summer 2009 page for cost) or you can come for free to listen the old time string sounds of Jawbone Railroad.

Headliner:  Friday, September 4, 2009
DOOBIE BROTHERS  - Click on 2009 Headliner Tab for more information.

Doors will open at 6 pm:  2 opening bands starting at 6:30 followed by the Doobie Brothers at 8:15.

Food and beverages will be available for sale.

No Coolers, No glass, No pets.

Bags/backpacks will be searched upon entry.

Parking near the venue will be $20.  Free parking with bus shuttle at Town Center (follow signs).



Shakespeare In The Parks: Saturday, September 5, 2009 - 4:00 pm

The performance by SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARKS will be "The Tempest".

Location:  Town Center (follow the signs).  Rain site will be Ophir School gym.

Admission FREE!

Bring your own chair/blanket and cooler - no glass please.  There will be no food vendors.
